This graphic crew neck short sleeve t-shirt is crafted from premium 300GSM 100% ring-spun heavyweight cotton fabric. The thick ring-spun cotton delivers plush, soft and breathable texture, low shrinkage and excellent anti-pilling performance. It holds its shape well without being see-through, keeping a stable comfortable touch after repeated wears. We adopt high-quality DTG digital printing for front chest logo and large back artwork. The ink penetrates deep into cotton fibers, so prints will not crack, peel or fade after multiple laundry cycles, retaining bright, solid block colors.

For workmanship: Thick ribbed crew neck resists stretching and deformation. Clean double stitching on cuffs, shoulder seams and bottom hem enhances structural strength, with all loose threads fully trimmed.

QC inspection before shipment covers fabric color deviation, size tolerance, stitching flaws, print integrity, stain check and label compliance.

Customization process: Clients supply AI/PDF vector artwork, color codes and size charts. We produce pre-production samples within 3–5 working days. Mass production starts only after sample approval.
