This boys short sleeve polo shirt is made of premium ice porcelain cotton fabric. Ice porcelain cotton retains natural cotton softness with cool silky handfeel. It is lightweight, highly breathable, skin-friendly and quick-drying, with low shrinkage and anti-pilling performance, ideal for boys' daily casual wear. The subtle stripe base and chest letter graphic adopts high-quality DTG digital printing. Ink fully penetrates fabric fibers; the print stays clear and intact after repeated washing without cracking, peeling or fading.

For workmanship: Durable ribbed polo collar with contrast trim holds shape after frequent stretching. Tidy stitching on button placket with sturdy buttons. Double stitching on cuffs and hem reinforces garment durability. All loose threads are fully trimmed to avoid irritating children's delicate skin.

QC inspection before shipment includes fabric color deviation, size tolerance, stitching defects, button fastness, print wash fastness, fabric stains and label compliance.

Customization process: Clients provide AI/PDF vector artwork, color references and size charts. Pre-production samples are ready within 3–5 working days. Mass production starts only after sample approval.
